Just another random thought I'll put out there

Recently my subs expired, I was denied access and a message sent. No problem, I sent my subs and I'm back in the group again.

I was thinking though, why not send a heads-up alert to members who's subs are about to expire?
I'm guessing this could be automated with a forum script (someone must have made one out there on the webz) in much the same way as Birthday alerts are sent out by forums.

I must apologise for this. With my newborn I've just got myself a little behind. This forum base is seriously limited in what it can do so is all manual.

In the winter there will be discussion about this and possibly brining st-RS forum software over here. This is a discussion for anther time but obviously new software would allow much more automation.

I'm sorry bud, I didn't realise. First time my sub has been up for renewal.

if you need to renew then please do so to avoid disappointment of having your profile put back on limited viewing. Being a member supports the site staying online and also gives you access to the members area. Much of the convos and posting goes on there rather than on the main boards.
