know its an old thread, but didnt seem like you get a fix? It not the tyres fault though for definate, so you will see the problem again in 10k
did they check the camber? that looks like camber wear not toe, thoough since its a torsion bar rear you shouldnt really get camber wear? It should ahve some negative camber, but not enough to do that, even -2 with toe would take a while to kill em.
if its help these are fords specs, ask to see measurements against all of these, unless they can do so they havent checked it all properly. Keep on at em as its 100% a mechanical issue with your car!
front toe: +00.09 (tolerance +00.04 to +00.14)
front camber: -00.44 (-02.07 to +00.39)
caster: +03.25 (+02.18 to +04.32)
rear toe: +00.16 (+00.05 to +00.25)
rear camber: -01.02(-02.18 to +00.13)
16" rims
front toe +1.1mm (tolerance +0.5mm to +1.6mm)
rear toe +1.8mm (+0.7mm to +3.0mm)
17" rims
front toe +1.1mm (+0.5mm to +1.7mm)
rear toe +2.0mm (+0.8mm to 3.2mm)
