with the drop i wouldnt go any lower than 35mm on springs as the ride becomes very bumpy as the shocks always bottom out

The 50mm on Sams was jumping across bumpy roads, looked a bit like a cartoon when i was following.

Go for the Newman cams instead (From Motorsport Developments), exact same product but £100 less.

+ for cheap mods, pretty much what everyone has been saying. Look around the projects threads, most have pictures and write ups so you can see what it looks like n how easy it is to do!
