Why can't we comment in "How To" threads? What is the harm? It means that peope having trouble on that how to can ask the question in the correct thread and then when it's answered, it will remain there for everyone else to see.

I'll have a look at the permissions Stew. I cut out the replying last time to stop spam against the topics but it will probably be ok now.
