have these stickers been anywhere humid by any chance, its just the ones i have just recieved have lost the ability to stick, they would not come off the backing paper or anything. so i had to peel them off by hand one by one and position them on the window one by one. they still won't take to the window even though i cleaned the glass throughly. i had no problems with the others i bought.they are on now, i just don't know how long for!if they dont stay on, i'll just buy some more!

Unsure about this Amanda. Chris is the one who has the stickers and i don't think he would store them in a place that wasn't suitable.

I'll get onto him

Sorry about your trouble.

Well that is weird! I actually keep them in the strong a2 packaging they came in under my bed so no humidity or heat or anything. Plus noone else has had any trouble with them and we have sold quite a few lately. I always check that the stickers are ok before i put them in the envelope. Only thing i can think of is if the envelope got wet of something in trnasit!?!

Your the only person to have had this problem Amanda. What did you use to clean your windows? This might have affected the stickers...

Most of the time you can wet stickers, place them where you wish and then let them dry and they will stick as good as if you stuck them the normal way. Keep us informed Amanda. I'm heading off to Newquay in a few hours but both the Chris' are here and they will keep me informed as i will not have net access.

Regards,

Scotty

i just used a damp chamois leather. thats all i use on any of my windows, and then i dried with a soft cloth. it dont matter anyways. i managed to position them straight so its just a case of seeing if they will stick now

Just out of interest, how many stickers are there left for sale. Just asking for when I swap my current one for my next one as I'll be definately getting some stickers!

Just out of interest can the people that have just bought stickers say if you had any problems sticking them on?

I stuck my 2 on with ChrisSussex's help back in January during our cold Monte Carlo trip and they're still on there fine. I must say that I did not even pay particular attention to cleaning the window before sticking them on.

Isn't there a warranty on them . If it's less than a year since sticking then Amanda should get a free replacement set...
