Obviously a front is a must in the UK. If there are mounting points for a plate there's no excuse for a plate not to be there even if its just taped on its sufficient.

My mate had a new bumper put on his saxo a couple of years ago, went to lakeside and got 3 points and £60 fine for not displaying a number plate even though it was in the front window. He hadn't got round to drilling the holes as we were busy with finishing our college work, ended up going to the services and buying some duct tape to put it back on.

This is a bit random but I just want to know... I've ordered an ST2 in Spirit Blue - the standard seats are the black and grey Recaro seats, right? I'm having a mild panic that when I collect the car, it will have the bright orange/red seats - don't get me wrong, they look alright on the red/orange models but they're not for me really. On a side note, I ordered the car 2 weeks ago and haven't heard anything :-/

Ha I'm sure you're right. I had a moment of panic. You never though, some of the interior I'm the Zetec S' are garish and don't go with the colour of the car at all.

I believe you can only get te orange seats in white and orange cars...

Got my ST ordered a couple of days ago.

ST2, style pack, Metallic black with the orange seats. Gone for the underseal as well, living in Shetland means salty sea air so it is probably a good move. Oh, and the Mountune 215 kit!

Not got word of a lead time yet, cannot wait to get my hands on her! Anybody know what the current lead time is likely to be?
