Having ordered the car over 2 months ago car arrives at the dealer last Thursday mis-built its the new frozen white and been told it looks well nice but ordered a lot of options on the vehicle and some are not on the car. The dealer and Ford are not keeping me informed whats going on infact havent heard from the dealer since last week was promised car for september 1st then first week finally the 9th and now been told i'll have to hang on while the problem is being delbt with havent been given a delivery date except roughly end of month begining of next month. Still havent got a price on my part ex yet fuming and wish never ordered the vehicle lost all interest in it now

Still being messed around by dealer and not seen my car. Ordered it end of May and know one knows whats going on very angry and frustrated. Has any one else experienced long delays in delivery times? last update i had was that the on board computer could not be set to English was stuck in German and had to go to main workshop but this was a month ago.

Really sorry to hear your story, I think their taking the mick personally, you probably could have cancelled the order and got another one built from another dealer in that time! Keep on at them, sometimes constant pressure is the only way you can a result. Just make a scene on sat infront of loads of customers . I hope you get and answer with ur p/ex, didn't you get a price before you ordered the car, and an expected price for when you picked up the new car?

I am having trouble with mine at the moment mate. I put my deposit down in the local dealer and he said that it would take 7-10 working days. After 5 days I thought I would give themk a call because I had heard nothing from them and they said they are having trouble getting one. They said they wouldn't be able to give me date when it would come.

I am getting well fed up at the moment just want my car!!!

I have odered performance blue with side stripes.

mine was supposed to be coming end of oct then beginning of nov now he says mid nov if it does not come mid nov they can shove it ill go else where!!

Lol - I have just had a word with my ford dealer and they expect it in at the end of this week/begining of next!! Cant wait!!

They said they have looked high and low for one! Otherwise they said it would be after xmas! I said there would be no chance I would hold on!!

mine took 3 months.

Order mine last year 19 September pre facelift model was supposed to be deliver on the 30 October got delay there excuse they were problem with airbag and therefore had to be delay and finally arrive beginning of december, was a facelift model a day before collecting my car it wouldn't start at all. They got another one from a dealer but with the same the colour but different option. like 6 CD changer, heat screen. Not bad then!
