Hi all, just had new clutch, pressure plate and slave cylinder replaced due to the slave leaking fluid. I've bled the system properly and made sure there is no air, however when starting the engine the stick won't engage the gears smoothly, it enters all gears with the engine off and I managed to get a drive out of it today however it wasn't easy, occasionally it would slip into gear nicely and then suddenly nothing at all. The car worked better when the slave was on it's way out! I'm thinking the master cylinder could be replaced but it's not leaking and appears ok, Any suggestions? I'm stuck fml moment

Sounds like the release bearing.

I am confused. Hopefully I get some straight answers. After the 60 000 km service, the clutch pedal came loose. The dealer picked the car up and they replaced the master cylinder free of charge. They then also fitted a standard Fiesta clutch pedal. When I questioned this they quickly replaced the pedal with the old original problem. After driving it a couple of kilometers, the clutch started slipping. Funny, only when applying torque around 3000 rpm, it would start slipping. I then took it back to the dealer who informed met that the clutch must be replaced due to normal external wear and tear. I must bear the cost and this is not covered by any warranty. I find this strange. What concerns me most is that I might replace the clutch just to find out that I might have the same problem soon again. Are all the events related ?

Maybe the increased pressure from a new master cylinder has blown the seals on the slave cylinder. Your clutch shouldn't be worn at 60k kms.
