I got a quote from Jam-Sport and
was going to go for the diff, but decided not to for two reasons:
i) Clutch+release beraing is £600 fitted, LSD is another £900 fitted when you include bits like gearbox bearings. Removal of gearbox in order to do the clutch is £200 labour, so I'd be spending £900 to save £200, if you see what I mean.
ii) I'm not confident that the gearbox is in good condition, for example hard to get into gear after start-up, and hard to get into 1st and 2nd when cold unless I double de-clutch (worn synchros?) so might need a gearbox recondition so might as well re-consider my options later on.
Gonna get the orgainc clutch though as I do hard launches quite often.
Clutch really needs doing - I got burned off at the lights today by a BMW because I didn't want to slip the clutch too much and it bogged down

Ideally I'd like to have a go at doing just the clutch myself, but worried it might be too complex a job for me to take on.
I imagine it's - hubs off, driveshafts out, speedo drive and selector linkages off, gearbox mounts off, gearbox/bell housing off, clutch off - then it's more a question of wether I am capable/patient enough and how tricky it is.
Has anyone here done a clutch change?
