I have a MK6 Fiesta ST and wondered what lights could be changed to LED and where is best to buy them?

A few tips though -
Indicator bulbs require resistors to flash properly but the resistors get extremely hot - so if you do this, mount the resistors to metal outside of the lamp units rather than to the plastic.

Brake and Tail bulbs - normally these are dual filament bulbs but in LED you have different banks of LED for tail and for brake lights - this is fine and the car copes fine however if you have an aftermarket stereo which dims when you turn the lights on, it will dim every time you brake.

I got mine from eBay, no problems with them, though I didn't immediately go for the very cheapest ones. Doesn't matter about Canbus compatible bulbs - the Fiesta doesn't check for them.

No probs matey, I didn't mount my resistors to the metal and I left them loose inside the headlight casing - had to tell my dad not to leave the indicators on for too long as when the resistors got hot they'd start melting the plastic headlight lol.

The quantities I put there were the number of bulbs I ordered - so where I've put 2x you might find 2 bulbs in one ebay listing or whereever you end up getting the bulbs from.

Number plate lights and interior light were already done on mine and if I remember rightly they're 36mm festoon bulbs, again, any LED bulb will do.

If you can, find SMD LED bulbs, they're brighter

Those were my rears before I put in the Cree LED reverse bulb (now that is bright!)
