Some how I start off with all gears then after about 30 min or so I can only select 2,4,r any ideas what this is

Sounds like it could be the infamous mk6 fiesta 'stiff gear change when warm' problem, which is to do with the bush inside the gear selector

I've not had this problem but apparently you can fix it by cleaning and greasing the bush, guide here:

Yeah, pretty easy if you use the guide

You don't really need to grease those visible parts.
The main thing is to remove the big steel part and clean and grease the bore which has a bush sleeve in it, this is the pivot point for the selector mechanism.
