Hi, new to the forum. Just bought an 2006 ST and loving it. Completely standard. Only think the bulbs on it are pants and need changing sharpish.
Has anyone used Philips Diamond Vision 5000k Bulbs, they seem to have a nice Xenon effect.. But state they are not road legal in the EU. But Xenon are over 5000k which seems odd.

If anyone has any experience can you let me know if they are any good.

Yes they are poor, I upgraded to Phillips extreme main and nightbreakers for the fog lamps, little bit better than standard, you want brightness not colour, not sure there is anything any better that is not legal. My Extremes came with free sides which are blue tinted but shine quite bright almost white, certainly not blue.

Thanks man, I watched some reviews and vids on YouTube are do look really bright with nice white colour.

Osram or Phillips are the best ones osram have bought out a new range and beat everything on the market at the moment

I think I'll order some Philips diamond vision and give you a quick review whether they are as good as people make out they are.

Right so just order my new bulbs this morning, some Philips Diamond Vision 5000k and some new side Philips WhiteVision 4300k W5W's to finish them off.

I'll try take some before and after pics. And should have them tomorrow thanks to Amazon Prime.

Osram Nightbreakers for me - fantastic bulbs in both the Fiesta and the BMW (before I did the OEM Xenon conversion).

Never thought of upgrading the bulbs, pity as I had to change the main bulb about 2 weeks ago.

looking at demon tweeks plenty to choose from if you want power but not street legal !
