The trim has Hubikote Hubitrim on it thumbs

Rain X?? Oh God no, bloody crap stuff, I use a proper glass sealant, Angelwax H2go is on there atm & the car had just been washed with Gyeon Bathe+ happy

It also had Soft99 Fusso on the bodywork for winter so beads are strong lol

Cool. I guess that trim stuff is a bit like black wow, which is great but you have to use it really sparingly and it takes longer than I have patience for.

I use mer rain repellant which is pretty good and beads off well... never used a sealant but that angelwax does look based on a demo video I just watched

black wow is good but leaves a right messy greasy stains down your paintwork, I use it on all trim/ door mirror surrounds and when it rains right mess down doors, probably won't use it again when run out of it.

Give Hubitrim (linked above) a go or Autofinesse Revive, both are fantastic on plastic trim thumbs

This is Autofinesse Revive, a proper trim restorer and leaves it protected thumbs

ordered some AF recently and it came with a freebie, very small spray bottle, sample size, says Imperial on it and to look at the website to find out what it is. Looks like wheel cleaner ?

I'll give it a try now I know what it is, does not say on the bottle, on the bottle it says to look at the website, not the safest guidance really !
