Hi does anybody know if I can get the time (clock) on the dash and have it stay there? I have the 08 ST

What do you mean by have it stay there? Does it disappear when the radio is off?

What state it it in when its not on? It should have Date (dd/mm/yy) And time (tt:tt)

I mean like above the mileage next to the temperature on the trip, is there a clock option on there? Not the radio. Thanks

No, there isn't a way to do it. If you don't have the stock radio in, you lose the clock. I've seen murmurings that with some Ford navigation headunits you can get the time in the dash display, but with an aftermarket stereo there is no way unfortunately.
