just thought i would drop a line about my 10 days with the
wow what a mover on the dance floor,any excuse to go out in it,
200mls of exitement yes it turns heads.downsides are
no 6th gear,no foot rest(left foot only),seventies gear gaitor
will have to go,and flimsey latch under bonnet to lift bonnet
up. anyway have to go now,need to go get some gas for my

Picked mine up 4 days ago and just clocked up 350!
Have to agree with you on the bonnet catch...try fitting an induction kit and then the fun begins!

glad ur like it! complains are the same dor me 6 th geas would be good, no rest foot as well! other that that it a good car!

Is yours not a left hand drive one babyboom? Its just I know other people have said that the LHD does have a footrest. Or at least it certainly did on the pre-facelift.

Yes do have a footrest but that not what i call foot rest cause is too low and is also too small so I never use it!

cant remember much about the first 10 days driving in mine (iver a year ago) but on the day i got it i text the local radio and told them waas driving my shiny new car and they gave me a shout out on air. lol. (they were asking people to let them know what they were doing that night)
