spare bit of time on my hands today so, hoovered the inside, cleaned the leather with zymol, did the plastics with some wipes, used some soap flakes and a soft pad on the material part of the seats - what do people use on these to clean the material part ?

I use Turtle Wax carpet & upholstery cleaner
It's a spray-on foam, doesn't leave much moisture and pretty good at getting stains off, smells quite nice

I personally use - Autoglym Hi-Foam Interior Car Shampoo got rid of some of the most stubborn staines in previous cars.
