Deadline for tickets has passed now.

Do the tickets get sent to our addresses and does anyone know roughly when we will get them

The tickets will be sent indidually to everyones home addresses this time round, but unsure as to when they get sent out.

I had to contact them as my confirmation email had not shown up, they have resent that now, hopefully the tickets will arrive more efficiently than the email did!!!

Actually... checking again they WON'T be posted out this year. From the Ford Fair website:

"Both the tickets and vehicle passes will be print at home. On booking you will receive a confirmation email that will show the number of tickets and passes purchased. No later than two weeks prior to the event the E Ticket and Vehicle Pass will be emailed to you, these will need to be printed and displayed for entry."

Also... something to be aware of from the confirmation email...

"All tickets will be scanned upon entry, you may be asked for additional identification such as the card your tickets were ordered on or your driving licence to gain entry."

Ok thanks for that. I dont suppose anyone can tell me the email that the confirmation is sent from?

Unsure as I haven't received mine yet(the quote above was form the one I got when booking my own ticket). They say that they will be sent out no late than two weeks before the show, so if I haven't heard anything by the weekend I'll start chasing them up.

I do wonder if this will work efficently given my confirmation didn't show up and when they resent it my email address was correct so the 1st part of the automate system was a fail on my part !!

Dropped them an email as the terms state they should come no later than two weeks before the event, and I'll see what they say.

Just a quick update from Ford Fair:

"Tickets/passes will be e-mailed out towards the end of this week to the e-mail address that was put on the order."

Tickets have now been sent out. We're in section B19:



A few points of note. You MUST print out your ticket/pass - passes shown on your mobile are not accepted. Also I believe you only get three goes at downloading them. Finally, the vehicle pass isn't tranferrable and contains the registration plate number that you gave when booking. If anyone has changed their car since then then they'll need to contact Ford Fair to see if they can change it for you.

Pass email arrived, indeed 3 attempts max for a download....... Guess T&Cs should also have said "must own or have access to a printer!!" Hopefully everyone does but I think if they are going all electronic they need to consisted mobile device check in.

Are we meeting at the services in the morning again?

With everyone having their own tickets and not needing to collect them then you can go there yourself, however it would be nice to have a convoy in. As a reminder details are:
