So, just fitted a new door to my ST. All goes back fine but when I do window, it makes like scraping noise and just stops. Upon investigation the bloody thing has shredded the cable!

Ordered a new cable and wheel etc. Before I redo it, does anyone have any advice or instructions on how to do it?? I think I read about having to have the right tension on the cables??

Any help will be much appreciated.

If it doesn't work, I will be the raging maniac with no drivers side window in my ST, freezing half to death!!
