I have just been looking on Torqesteer for some Team RS decals for my rear bumper, and they are selling these.(Colours red or blue).



Now, i know there is no such thing as Team ST, But it's looks that i'm thinking of.
After all, how many people on the street (not knowing our knowledge of cars) would say, "Hey look, a Fiesta ST with RS stickers on; he's a wanabe RS owner".
Your thoughts please...

Personally, I wouldn't have the ones saying on them for the simple reason that its not an RS. Having said that, the car was actually developed by Team RS! If you're preferring the ones that say Team RS to Team ST then ultimately it comes down to whether or not you care that much about what anyone else thinks?

bah... thought I had a pic but obviously not. Someone I know has a TeamST decal up the rear quarter panel like some have done with the large Team RS ones. Tbh I'm not a fan but each to their own.

I do like the Team ST ones but as Chris said it was Team RS that developed the car. I have got Team RS ones ready to go on my ST when it comes. Funnily enough my girlfriend bought them for my RS but never got round to putting them on.

Its got to be the ST ones and its simply because you are driving a Fiesta ST. Imagine if you saw an Zetec S with an ST decal on.... what would you say?! At the end of the day the people who will notice the decals on your car are people who know about cars .... and they will laugh when they see RS stickers on an ST.

As for the "it was developed by Team RS" argument ... the Jag X Type has an engine developed by Ford but you dont see X type driver sticking a Ford badge on the back. Same could be said about Skoda drivers putting VW stickers on their car.

If you want a car with RS on ... then the only advise i can give is to buy a Focus RS. Just my opinion!

It was developed by Team RS and at the end of the day that is what the stickers say "Ford Team RS". I would agree that it isnt an RS but its not as if you were going to put on an RS badge instead of the ST badge. its rather like the peugeot 406 coupe was, it had a pinin ferrina badge on the side but wasnt a ferrari. just the people who desgned the car. Likewise, the ST was developedby Team RS.
Oh, and if you are thinking of ever taking the stickers back off I suggest you dont put them ona at all as they are really hard to get off. The six i had on (2 front, 2 rear and 2 side) 3 hours in total to get off. Ive taken them off because im selling. I wont be buying them for my next one. I will only be putting forum stickers in teh rear side windows and an ST badge on the front grille.
(by the way jonno, if that all sounds as if im getting at you, im not, just my opinion )

talking of this arguement can someone please halp me. i'm looking for the team rs logo, but just the outline if ya get what im meaning, no coloured insert in the RS bit. preferably a black out line on white but as long as the background is white i dot mind. its just i need it to take to a vinyl comapny. asap please i tried to do it myself using paint but it lokos a bit wrong

Don't like having any stickers on my car so can't help you there cos team RS is a fiesta ST and St team doesn't exist. If I was u I just leave it as it is!

Not a big fan of decals myself,but any one who knows about cars should know that there is no team st,but there is team rs which are responsible or the development of the fiesta st .So if it was my choice of decals i would prefer the team rs.TEAM

There's no such thing as team ST.
It's as bad as putting on a Vauxhall badge or an ST badge on a Zetec
The people who don't know, don't know what an ST is anyway???
The car was develped by teamRS and is bagded ST .
Team RS or none I would say mate
