My Bluetooth has stopped working today, it still pairs with the phone but the voice button acts as though there is no BT and the phone botton on the stereo just goes to mute when pressed.

This happend before when it had been into Ford for another fault went straight back and they said they had reset it. Have read somewhere that unplugging the multiplug from the unit behind the glove box should reset it, have done this twice and the second time left it out for 1 hour.

Anyone got any ideas how to sort it or should I just go to my dealer?

Disconect the power to the headunit, reconect, put your radio code back in & pair phone to it & it will be fine.
I had exactly the same symptoms as you, took it to dealers who said they could'nt fix it so had a play about & did it myself.

have now powered down the BT and head unit for a period still no joy so disconnected the power to the whole car and left it for an hour......and still not working so off to the dealer next week
