Every time I pull up after I've got the car warm, so probably has to be at least 10 minutes driving to make it happen, I get a really strong smell of burning plastic or rubber, or possibly electrical burning.

Weirdest part is the only place I can narrow the smell down to is the drivers side scuttle under the windscreen. No smells under the bonnet and very rarely a smell in the cabin, it all seems to emanate from the scuttle.

I've replaced the blower motor resistor cause I know it's a common fault, but I can't think of anything else in that area that would cause this. The car is really well looked after, full service every 6 months etc, very confused! Any help would be much appreciated guys

Drivers side scuttle is near enough where the exhaust manifold is - check there's nothing resting on it.
