Anyone tackled the stem valve seals?

nobody?? nothing?

Is there no one who can help please?

I have read about people having them done but I don't think it's something that people tackle themselves.
The labour is apparently a few hundred, good time to consider aftermarket cams at the same time if you're thinking of maybe going down that route later.

I think it's these, 8 of each of course:

Thank you for replying. Im trying to get quotes now as i cannot pressurise the cylinder to keep the valve in place. Not looking good atm as everyone is quoting for a head off job but i dont believe that it is.
