Hey Sis

It's great that you have ordered a new fiesta

I had to make sure you got your alloys chucked in

Come on people... this isn't a hard question... help my sister out

There is a power outlet (cig lighter socket) in the rear of my center console in the back of the car... is there one somewhere else in the fiesta apart from the dash???

Thx all

AFAIK there isn't. What are you intending to use a rear power socket for? Would a cable for whatever it is stretch from the front dash to the rear?

Hi miss Scott's sister... Welcome to the board. There is no cigarette lighter or power outlet in my pre-facelift car but I wouldn't be able to tell you if there is one on the facelift cars.

Congratulations on your newly ordered car. Hope the wait won't be too long for you to enjoy it.

Thats a shame that theres not one in the read but as you say it wouldn't be too try to wire into the socket on the front if there was anything in the rear that she wanted.

I'm looking forwards to seeing pictures of it also... Will have bigger alloys than my car... how annoying lol. I think I might just swap them one night

Thanks for the warm welcome and thanks for everyones replies! I wanted a socket in the back because Father Christmas is going to buy my son a TV Video combi unit for the back of the car, I can enjoy driving it without all the 'Are we nearly there yets' lol

Sounds like a good idea. Im still like that now when ever we go any where always want to know are we there yet still a kid at heart

I think that you can buy extension leads to make the lead that bit longer to go to the front of the car and then you can by the double adaptor so you can for example still charge your phone. Think i've seen them in halfords

Very popular here!!! Now you know how to use the site you can have a browse around and post what ever you like

She is getting the Ford one, coming with the car... will be really nice... I'm excited too and it's not even my car!!!

I've seen the double adapters before, will make sure they are not too big and look messy, otherwise will just wire into the fuse box and under the carpet... out the way then.
