Hello,
I recently bought the car and the ends of the side skirts are sticking out a bit (the clips broke). Has anyone used any clips besides the OEM ones because from UK the clips are 20 dollars and shipping is 30 to Croatia?

If it's only the side clips then generic automotive trim clips might be ok.

It's the black clips underneath the sill which are a plastic blind rivet that are hard to get hold of and they seem to be one use only so camt be reused. Something like these coukd work if they are the right size, but I've not seen any listed for Ford.

one of mine is not flush anymore at the rear wheel arch end, not sure what is behind there, I did jam some double sided velcro down but just gets wet.

The black clips on the ends of the skirts came off the skirt side, they're still attached on the car but the skirt sides got loose, I don't know if the places for them on the skirts broke or it just detached. you saying its one use only does that mean I can only take off the skirts once and then need to replace the clips or can the skirts be put on again after taking it off?

It might have just detached, happened to mine at the front but I had trouble trying to get the side skirt back on without removing it completely because there was no way to get good access to the clips, but maybe I just didn't have the right technique.

There are two types of clips as shown, but I had to sacrifice the rivets on the underside since the center has to be pushed through into the body to remove them, it's a strange design. Sorry if that's not very clear, but it's hard to explain through text.

As mentioned, an adhesive (maybe something like tiger seal) might be an option without having to spend a relative fortune on clips.
