Ordered a set of cam springs and caps 3 weeks ago for over £400 and have heard absolutely nothing. Thanks to the internet I managed to find Simons mobile and have tried calling a few times but he never picks up. He did text me a week ago when I texted him asking if Sico were still trading and he suggested I email them which I did Monday with no reply. Texted him today asking I I needed to request a charge back from my card issuer and no reply. I would much rather have the goods but already have the form to request a charge back. Just wondering if anyone here has ordered anything from them in the last month that they have actually received?

From reading on other forums there seems to be a pattern these past 6 months, people not getting there stuff and requesting a refund via there bank, also look at the trust pilot for this year alone, doesn’t look good

Yeah didn’t check trustpilot but now I have I have immediately done the paperwork for a charge back. My guess is they aren’t long for this world.

I have orderd some parts, quite fast deliverd. Only the motormount inserts are still pending.
Using Facebook messager he answers all the questions. Explaining that the raw resources are atm difficult to get, but he is on it having contact with the maker.

Before ordering just ask him via Facebook messager if the item is in stock.

He seems to have been like this for years. I ordered something a good few years ago and had to chase him up, don't think I got a reply initially but as soon as I messaged him on Facebook he was straight back to me

I have also noticed they have started to post on Instagram more frequently the past week saying stock is starting to come in

Last week got the inserts with track and tracé. All oke good service imo.
Will order again, Just before ask him over Facebook about the item.
