expensive day at Ford today but given some of these could have been done over the years but have not been needed then all pans out, so then today £1,000 bill.

MOT - passed easy enough with warnings for discs and a rear ball joint damaged cover
minor service - just oil filter
two new 02 sensors
engine light switched off
brake fluid changed (just over the test results)
Re-Gas air con and I asked them to put more in than is stated on the label as from a post on here I was told the fiesta has takes the bigger volume but the label does not state this, they would not do this for safety/insurance reasons but did top it right up to the max - result I now have proper cold air con, well pleased.


Next month rebooked in for new discs and pads front and rear (done me better deal on the lot) and ball joint fixed/inspected as less labour while doing discs as well. Will be £500+ job

It's a lot but I have not had hardly anything done over the years so saved over time.

Happy days for a few more years and the new young service desk guy said just how smart and great car I have.

nope beyond me that sort of thing, I can't do much really on a car don't have the knowledge or tools.

Will save a lot of money in the long run doing it yourself, very easy after you've done it a few times, brakes and suspension I could probably do in my sleep

I can change disc and pads etc etc but can’t do drum pads lol
