Steve (Yellowbadge) has contacted me to say he's unable to login on here. He's not sure if it is a browser issue with MS Edge or account related. Is anyone able to resolve the issue or offer any advice?

not sure i can help, i did have the same problem a few weeks back kept saying username unknown in the end i had to get on the phone and reset my password

Also just a note I couldn’t reset my password on the pc, wouldn’t allow it for some reason, I would also tell Steve to wipe the cookies on his computer

He should be able to log in now.

Apparently he still can't, unfortunately.

He's a bit stuck because he lost access to the email account he originally set up with.

Chris has given me a temp password but still I can only log in using Firefox which i don't use as no longer secure on my ageing W7 laptop, I'm using MS Edge on my laptop and it will not me log in whatsover even with the new temp password.

I'm a bit stumped. I've just tried logging in using your temp password on both MS Edge & Chrome and it's working for me. The version of MS Edge I was using is 103.0.1264.37
