Evening all

Hoping for help. I have a 2004 st150. When cold the engine starts and is struggles to idle or rev. Once warm the engine idles but when revved it bogs down like its being starved of fuel or air.

I have replaced inlet manifold and MAP sensor, ran the vehicle with only the exhaust manifold on. replaced ECU with cluster, body control and key with pick up. I have bypassed the EGR with a blanking plate. The timing has been checked and adjusted to be spot on. I have by passed the fuel system with an external fuel pump. I have fitted another set of injectors and 3 coolant temp sensors. It has had 3 different throttle bodies and still is doing the same. Also have replaced the plugs and ignition coil.

The initial fault codes are:-
P2110 - THROTTLE ACTUATOR CONTROL SYSTEM - FORCED LIMITED RPM
P2111 - " " " " - STUCK OPEN
P2112 - " " " " - STUCK CLOSED

Live data shows pedal position to be ok when being operated.

I am a fully qualified mechanic however have rarely been involved with a ford.
I purchased relatively cheaply and was hoping to get her running and use as a track car.

Sorry for the long post and I would appreciate any help that can be offered.

Richard
