Hi guys, sorry new to the forum. Had an FRST for 18 years up until a couple of years ago. Missed the old girl so decided to get an ST150 as I have always really liked them. Decided to buy one that needs a bit of work for something to keep me busy. Previous owner had for 13 years and hadn’t really kept up with servicing etc. the car is smoking slightly but not much to be honest. Mainly on idle and not all the time. When reved it does puff a bit and weirdly water is present also. Spits out a bit when reved but that was on first start for a couple of days, I Will monitor it. I just done an oil and filter change, air filter and gauze. Also the fuel filter and plugs. When I took the old plugs out there was oil present on the left two cylinders. I got the car from a Ford main dealer as it was a trade in and obviously sold as seen. But they mentioned it could be valve stem seals which I know is pretty common but just seemed strange with the water coming out. Smoke is mainly white I would say in colour. I ofcourse understand that you can really diagnose accurately when the head comes off but just wondered if anyone else has come across similar issues? Just so I have a rough idea what to look out for. The car runs and drives perfectly and shows no signs of issues but ofcourse there must be.
Thanks in advance
Carl
