Hey All,

This is a sad post aswell as a happy one.

Chris from the Isle of Wight has been Moderator on this site for a long time and has done a brilliant job as you will agree, i'm sure. A few weeks ago he messaged the team and told us that he was going to resign from the postion due to his work taking more and more of his time these days and him just not having as much spare time to help with the site. I know myself that if you get busy with work things start taking a back seat, unfortunatley the net has to be first to be put to one side.

I hope that Chris will remain on the site and keep logging on when he has a little spare time. I for one will miss Chris' mad nutty posts. Once he gets going he really will make you laugh.

Now you all know whats going on and who it concerns... I bet your all eagre to see who the New Moderator is...

Well, I won't keep you waiting.

This person has been on the site, 1 year and 8 months. He attended the very first site summer event, driving all the way from switzerland when he didn't know any of us. His posts are always informative and useful, many of us are constantly asking him about his main love in life and getting really interesting posts back. He owns a car that every nut would dream of owning and makes us all jealous on a regular basis.

I'm sure by now you all know who i'm talking about. Yes, it's Nick02. He has agreed to join the team. We look forwards to him joining and helping with the site. Please give him a warm welcome to the new position

I just want to note: Moderators are here to help the site and users. We are no different to normal users and I don't want anyone to feel a divide in authority. Understandably there has to be moderators to edit posts, re-size pictures, move posts, add important information, edit accounts if requested and also to clean up any problems or bots posting spam.
