any ideas where i can get a replacement? its the book you get that shows you exactly whats what in the car its about a cm thick. not sure of its exact name. but i have lost mine. can you buy a replacment from ford? or can someone tell me the exact name of it so i can maybe post a "want it now" on ebay? cheers

fordie, i recall buying one of the handbooks a few years ago,i went to my local dealer and they ordered one for me,think it took a couple of days to arrive.not sure on cost now though.hope this helps. iceman.
For the pre-facelift (not sure about now), the radio/cd player instuctions were combined into the owners manual as one book, so at least you've only lost one there not two! Shows it is important to detach the keycode card though as these things can easy happen.
Its just one book and its not on Ebay either. It has a blue shadow of a steering wheel at an angle, a speaker symbol and a steering wheel symbol on it. It looks like a trip to the dealer! Only other books I have is the service one and an RAC one. Theres also some leaflet about BP, locking alloy wheel nut key and a radio keycode card.
i've found it!!!!!!!!!!! wooooooo was under a load of stuff in the garage. its a bit damp however but it ok!!!
ICEMAN - check the back of your service/warranty book as i've just found out that they fill in some information in the back of that about your car and they have put a sticker under it with my keycode on.
