Well...

I have been iffing and butting as to if i should go to the dealership and pay my deposite or leave it in the bank and let it earn interest...

All week its been bugging me, so...

I went to the dealership today to put my deposite down and get myself first on the waiting list...

So there i go... park my car outside... walk in with trainers.. trackie bottoms, nike jumper and talk to a New Cars salesman about the car...

He came up to me in a arkward way asif i felt small and 2 young to be there... then i started talking about the car and asking to place a deposite... he told me they had no info on it... he thinks it wont be released and to just w8 for a bit.

He kept saying it and saying it and wouldn't accept a deposite or put me on the waiting list which was getting me annoyed as i want to be sorted out.

He annoyed me by saying it wont be released as we all know its got a brilliant chance of being released.

So i walked out... got in my car and came home, annoyed and wandering why i had bothered going in the first place!!!

Was this for the RS or ST?
Whatever he said might have rubbish, but he was right not to take any deposit off you. Until a car is confirmed (price, date etc..) there is no waiting list and dealers are not supposed to take one from you. Even if they do take a deposit, your not on a proper list I'm afraid as Ford dont take orders until it is confirmed.

ST is 100% certain. RS is 99% certain.
