I've just completed the survey and slated Ford for their poor paint quality and the dealer for their crap bodyshop/Inconvenience. Anyway i've entered the draw for an ST-2 or 1 of 100 ipod Nano's for my trouble I dont have a nectar card but theres 1000 points up for grabs if you do the survey.

Anyone else recieved one of these surveys?

yeh had the same questionnaire, I put on it that I was somewhat satisfied as I wasn't overly satisfied with the paintwork. The dealer was onto me straight away though..

I'll have to see what happens but I said no to that bit that asks if it is ok to use the information to serve you better. Problem is they only blend the problem areas in and dont spray the pannel which is bad practice on metallics. I've heard you can see where they blended it in if you park under street lights or shine similar light onto the car. They cocked up the paint job last time so I don't know whether I want them touching it again.

Renault customer service is quite good despite the build quality of their cars. They would always have a go at fixing something and always either had a car for me to borrow or would drive me home or pick me up from work. They even gave me a free touchup pen when my bonet got a chip and taught me how to apply it properly. All work that was carried out had paperwork and the techician would explain what work they had done and show tech sheets of problems. The garage rarley kept me waiting and never fobbed me off once even after replacing the gearbox and clutch.

I bought the fiesta after learning about good build quality of the puma and focus (but I liked it when I saw the launch car ages ago) so that I did not have the same problems again but I have to say the customer service was a bit of a culture shock. They were excellent at flogging the car and the 3 month check but then it all went down hill from there.
