I was bored at work so thought I learn something new so worked out how to use an excel calendar file (to post on here) with the ST dates on it and import it into outlook so we can count down the days to the events!! YAY....

So, file should be attached but might need dates updating ....

Save the file
Get outlook open
File -> import/export
Import from another program or file
microshite excel
browse for file and select replace duplicate files option
Select your calendar
selcet finish (or custom map entries if required)

I've set -2 day reminders to give everybody a chance to tell their girlfiends that they're busy that weekend!
