moehahaha, cant wait to order a new exhaust manifold, cams and a AEM unichip already found a tuner in belgium that could do the job my goal is 180bhp without a turbo and 250 with a turbo, but i think the gearbox will say "knack" with that much torque and bhp ah well, we will see what santa brings next year

Why u say it would pop? people is tunning the duratec 2.0 focus in US far more than 200hp, what's the compression ration on Duratec St? the US Focus is at 10.0:1. The best way to go is cosworth d-power, they don't need to reengineer anything, since the 2.3 and 2.0's are identical from heads to bottom, except deck height, and from what i have read, should make output close to the 2.3, altough you may need to rev a bit more. If compression is higher than 10:1 then there is a problem for forced induction, 6psi boost maximum, and that's not worth it for what a turbo/supercharger kit costs, you can always lower compression, but losing power for gaining power is not smart for me. Lucky me......i got zetec 2.0 and i can get the powerworks kit, i'm saving right now http://www.focussport.com/supercharger.htm (2nd kit)....220hp at the wheels, developed by the guys at cosworth...yummy.

dontpannic: While I'm here (it's been a while), looks like my account is FUBAR... can't post anywhere, can't view user profiles etc, any chance someone can restore my access at all?
kenny: I haven’t got the power so must of been Chris or Scott
kenny: tried ebay etc, you can the gearbox so cheap now loads on ebay ]
JimboSlice: anyone know where i can get a gearbox filler plug? lol threads on mine are beyond knackered!
kenny: Do you mean the plug or the actual bolt with the thread on it
kenny: Thread on eBay starting at £6 to £18 the plugs 18mm 3 for £2.95 👍
Tford: Anyone know how to sort out front bumper sag on Mk7 st
kenny: There is a few YouTube vids which should show you how to lift the bumper back up
Brabbit79: Done my 1st track day today in my 2006 St150, ii was topping oil up 500ml ever 10 laps give and take. No leaks or blue smoke. Anyone else had this.
Kaxe: I hope you are all doing well!
kenny: hows the mk3 rs mate
_Jimmy_: @Brabbit79 it's probably oil passing the piston rings at high revs, used to happen with mine too but normal driving it wouldn't use much oil at all
kenny: seems there is a data base error on the forum
Scotty: @Kenny - Can you see the topic threads again now please?
DAVE T ST: Hi, All, I was thinking about Kev today so thought I'd pop back to see how you all are
