DONT get your tracking done at the same time, because the springs won't have settled fully so you're just wasting your money
pretty much every garage will say you need tracking done (because, correct me if i'm wrong, but it only takes a very slight 'knock' or driving through a pot hole etc to knock it out of perfect alignment) but if I was you i'd wait for a while before you get the tracking done so the springs have had time to settle down
I got my tracking done when it was lowered, then again a few weeks afterwards when it was serviced (may as well have not bothered the first time I was told)
