Hi
I am trying to get the headunit out to wire up the sub/amp but i cannot get it out. its the 6006 model. Any ideas on how to get it out? i have tried to use some keys but it wont buge thanks.

I think you have to make sure each key is fully engaged, one at a time.
Then I would say the best thing to do is fully drop the glovebox door and put your hand up the back of the centre stack and push the radio out from behind.

the 6006 headunit is murder to get out :P i cant get mine out :P too scAred am goona breeak sumfin

Yeah i am quite worried i am going to break something..need to get it out though to figure out how to and to wire the sub/amp up

Right i have tried pushing it from the back while using the keys and i still cant get the headunit out!

It is fiddly, you've got to persevere.

How well do you know your local dealership? If they are nice, they can help you get the stereo out. Mine very kindly fitted the AUX cable for me with no charge.
