Hiya, any advice appreciated. I have full headlights and high beams. I have no parking lights and my light warning beep has gone and my dash lights gone too.

I have had a friend look at it and the fuses are fine. He said it might be a relay or the switch?

I would be tempted to say not to do something yourself if you have no basics in electronics. might do worse if something is plugged/changed in the wrong way.

In any case, what I myself would do is remove the lower dash, get that switch out and test the connections with a meter ... 5 screws for the lower dash, 1 push from behind for the swich ...

Thanks Spark. My friend fits car alarms and radios, etc so would have a fair idea. He said there is no power !!

He would not do the relay himself as he reckons its an awful job. It sounds expensive to me

That's all coming from the same problem so it makes sence that there's no power to the switch. Ask you friend to take that switch out and check the connection of the main power input. what he would want to do is check for 12v DC current between the main live wire and the earth wire. He will know what i'm talking about for sure probably better than I do.

.. 5 american key-style screws and one push to the switch ....

Goodluck
