Mine passes borderline after a few attempts with 200 cell, doesn't help that my MOT is in the middle of winter and I've had to defrost the car before taking it in on a few occasions.

There shouldn't be that weird bend after the cat that is shown in the picture of the toyosport one. I had to go custom for mine as I have different brands of manifold and cat back, it was £190 for the cat part and then labour on top.
My 200 cell passed the MOT first time no problem this week, I made sure I used cataclean this time and went for a good run to get it hot before the MOT, that might be why I had problems before.

Yeah I only use mine for short runs which doesn't help either. Glad it passed as I didn't like having to back for re-tests on emissions and worrying about it not getting through. You can get cataclean from Halfords but it's cheaper online - EuroCarParts, Amazon or eBay for about £11

Decent saving over the big name exhausts, what's the sound like, raspy, bassy?

Sounds nice, very raspy I would say, not too different to a milltek. Yeah videos never give you the full idea of the sound, but that does sound fairly loud! I just put a resonator on mine last month to make it a bit quieter, had a non resonated milltek for past few years.

Oh dear, that sounds annoying. Resonator takes the edge off a bit and makes it slightly more refined, though it's still loud compared to standard. Luckily I don't use the motorway that much. Sometimes you can find a speed where it will get quiet(er), but might be well above 70.

Hi Devon how are you getting on with the toyo?
I've had greif with mine. the tailpipe sits deep into rear valance and it has come loose a couple of times at rear join. after about 2 months the sports cat does nothing. my post cat lambda follows the pre cat one so they seem like a total waste. i now need a new cat for this years MOT.

just bought a new sports cat for mine. apparently not getting it remapped when fitted is what has killed the cat. they should tell people that.
