look at percentage rates of new drivers who have crashes in their first year. its high. due solely down to the fact they dont know how to react in situations.

what i would do is.....

teach to a higher level... advanced driving level. minimum engine capacity levels. time restrictions on new drivers. and minimum on road experience times ie 100 hours.

likewise i would implement very harsh punishments on uninsured, unlicensed, banned, dangerous etc drivers. a ban stops no1. get all offenders behind bars!

britain is a soft touch, those who respects laws get tread on.
