I have had many a play with ST's before, and I can safely say from a rolling start, there is literally NOTHING in it upto silly speeds (from my experience), and I really mean nothing!


I would honestly think they would be neck and neck up to 120mph at which point the saxo changes to 5th and I reckon the ST would probably start to creep away.

On corners with identical drivers I'm not sure. Because from my experience the ST looks stiffer on corners meaning it would have more pressure on the inside wheels than the saxo, increasing grip, but because the saxo is 250kg lighter, the saxo would corner just as quick.

A stiffened saxo vs a stiffened ST however, that would be a different story
